The apartment we stayed in had a nice terrace where we could relax and enjoy the sunset. the hotel had a large territory with two swimming pools, offering a peaceful and quiet environment away from the noise of children. the restaurant served fantastic dishes, and we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of mosquitoes in such a rural setting.
There were a few things that need attention. the loungers at the swimming pool had sun protectors that were not properly positioned.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the warm welcome by Sergio, who shared the fascinating history of this medieval rural village-turned-complex, to the spacious and well-equipped apartments that are cleaned daily, everything exceeded our expectations. The privacy offered by the scattered small houses and the stunning landscape make it the perfect place to relax. The outdoor fitness area and swimming pools are fantastic, and the Wi-Fi is excellent throughout. However, the real highlight is the first-class cuisine by Chef Lorenzo and his team, along with the outstanding service provided by the entire staff, especially Frank. A huge thank you to Giorgio for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend this unique location!

The restaurant "Hostaria dei Cavalieri" offers a choice of traditional local dishes from the à la carte menu. The flavors were so delicious and authentic that they transported me to the heart of Umbria, like a culinary time machine. The "Health and Wisdom Road," a nature walking trail with fitness equipment and philosophical thoughts scattered along the way, was a unique and refreshing experience. It was like taking a journey through both my body and mind, rejuvenating me completely.

The decoration of the hotel was simply delightful, with a touch of elegance in every corner. The antique furniture and artwork created a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were impeccably maintained, with comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with ramps and handrails throughout the property, ensuring that I could move around easily and safely.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, a bit more attention to the needs of older guests would have been greatly appreciated.

I absolutely loved the charming and elegant decorations throughout the hotel. The attention to detail in the design really created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were so inviting, especially the beautiful terrace and garden where I could sit and enjoy the lovely views. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor and easy to navigate.
I would have asked for more assistance from the staff when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps, the children working there could have been more attentive and understanding of our requirements.

The rooms at Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo are absolutely fantastic! They are so cozy and comfortable, and I felt like I was right at home. The private bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Plus, having a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I loved the homely vibe and all the amenities provided in the rooms.
I personally didn't use the kitchenette in the Standard Rooms, Classic Apartments, and Garden Apartments because I prefer to have breakfast included. But hey, that's just me!
